Walldorf, October 23, 2014. Mr. Thomas Mayerbacher's position as member of
the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of REALTECH AG, Walldorf,
was terminated today with immediate effect. The background to this is the
different view with regard to the management of the company. The
Supervisory and Executive Boards would like to thank Thomas Mayerbacher for
his great dedication and the work he has put in over the past years.
