Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

On October 21, 2014, Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, informed us
according to section 21, para 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of
3% of the voting rights on 17.10.2014 and on that day amounted to 3.02%
(this corresponds to 1,722,295 voting rights).

Of these voting rights, 3.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
1,722,295 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company pursuant to
section 22, para 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the
WpHG.
