LEG Immobilien AG: Publication according to Article 26, Section 1 WpHG
[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On October 20, 2014, Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us
according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, exceeded the thresholds
of 3% and 5% of the voting rights on 10.10.2014 and on that day amounted to
5.99% (this corresponds to 3,418,089 voting rights).

At the same time, on October 20, 2014, Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Düsseldorf, Germany,
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of the voting rights on 15.10.2014
and on that day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).

The notification according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG results
from the subscription of new shares in connection with Deutsche Bank's
co-lead management of a capital increase of LEG Immobilien AG registered
with the commercial register on October 10, 2014.
