Annual Report and Accounts

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.      

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the required regulated information is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report and Accounts which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
