The Company was notified of the purchase of ordinary shares of the Company of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") by and on behalf of Graham Paterson, an Independent Non-Executive Director. The Company was also notified of the sale of Ordinary Shares by Helen Paterson immediately following the transfer of Ordinary Shares from Graham Paterson. There has been no change in Graham Paterson's beneficial interest in the Company as a consequence of these trades. Graham Paterson has a beneficial interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares.
