On October 30, 2014, Mr Norman Rentrop, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Gesco AG, Wuppertal, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on October 30, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.23% (this
corresponds to 107236 Voting Rights).

3.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 107236 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in Gesco AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.

In addition, out of 3.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 107236
Voting Rights), 3.02% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 100297 Voting
Rights) are attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Gesco AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
