Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

1. Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section
   1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% on October 28, 2014 and
   amounted to 2.84% (3,523,419 voting rights of a total of 124,142,487
   voting rights). The voting rights had been attributed to Allianz SE
   both according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG and
   according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with
   Sentence 2 WpHG.

2. Allianz SE also informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in
   conjunction with Article 24 WpHG that the percentage of voting rights
   of Allianz Asset Management AG, Munich, Germany, in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% on October 28, 2014 and
   amounted to 2.84% (3,523,419 voting rights of a total of 124,142,487
   voting rights). Those voting rights were attributed according to
   Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2
   WpHG.
