Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed
us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% to
a percentage of 2.96% as per the settlement date October 29, 2014. This
corresponds to 3,671,088 out of a total of 124,142,487 voting rights issued
by the company.

Of these voting rights, 2.75% are attributed to Allianz Global Investors
Europe GmbH pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 3,415,088 out of a total of 124,142,487 voting rights issued
by the company.
