Disclosure pursuant to Article 26, Section 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG)

HDI Pensionskasse AG, Cologne notified us in accordance with Article 21,
Section 1 of WpHG that its holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch,
Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 24th October 2014 and on
this date amounted to 9.48% (corresponding to 10,231,552 voting rights). Of
these, 8.98% (9,692,552 voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance
with Article 22, Section 2 of WpHG. Pursuant to Article 22, Section 2 of
WpHG, 3% or more are attributable from HDI Lebensversicherung AG.
