DIVIDEND DECLARATION

As announced on the 19 June 2024 within the Company's full year results for the year ended 31 March 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company is recommending a final dividend of 0.6 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024. If approved by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting being held on 31 July 2024, the dividend will be paid on 2 September 2024 to shareholders on the share register on 9 August 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 8 August 2024.
