On November 17, 2014, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware,
United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United Internet AG, Montabaur,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 13, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.996% (this corresponds to
6,142,454 Voting Rights).
1.12% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,293,787 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.03% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 61,533 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).

WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United Internet AG, Montabaur,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November
14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 6,162,476
Voting Rights).
1.12% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,291,807 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
