Appointment of Company Secretary

The Company announces the retirement of Clare Sheridan as Company Secretary with effect from today's date.  Clare has served in her role since 31 May 2014. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Clare for her valuable contribution and dedicated service to the Company during her tenure.

The Board is pleased to announce that it has appointed Helen Mason as Company Secretary with effect from today's date. Helen, who has been General Counsel for the Group since 2014, is now General Counsel and Company Secretary.
