KION GROUP AG: Release according to Section 26 para. (1) WpHG (the German
Securities Trading Act) with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Correction of voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21 para. (1)
WpHG dated March 27, 2014

On November 21, 2014, KION GROUP AG, Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 21, 65189
Wiesbaden, Germany (ISIN DE000KGX8881, WKN KGX888) has received the
following corrections of voting rights notifications pursuant to Section 21
para. (1) WpHG dated March 27, 2014:

1. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed
   us according to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 9, 2014 its share
   in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG has fallen below the threshold of 75%
   and on that day amounted to 68.46% (67,707,568 voting rights). Of this,
   38.46% (38,037,568 voting rights) were attributed to The Goldman Sachs
   Group, Inc. according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and
   held by the following controlled companies:

* The Goldman, Sachs & Co. L.L.C.;
* Goldman, Sachs & Co.;
* GS Capital Partners V Employee Funds GP, L.L.C.;
* GS Capital Partners V Employee Fund, L.P.;
* GS Advisors V AIV, Ltd.;
* GSCP V AIV, L.P.;
* GSCP V Institutional AIV, L.P.;
* GS Advisors V, L.L.C.;
* GS Capital Partners V Offshore, L.P.;
* Superlift Holding S.à r.l.

38.00% (37,584,200 voting rights) were attributed to The Goldman Sachs
Group, Inc. according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG and held by the following controlled
companies:

* GSCP V AIV, L.P.;
* GSCP V Institutional AIV, L.P.;
* GS Capital Partners V Offshore, L.P.;
* GS Capital Partners V GmbH & Co. KG.

An additional 30.00% (29,670,000 voting rights) were attributed to The
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. according to Section 22 para. (2) WpHG and held
by Weichai Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.à r.l.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. informed us that the total amount of voting
rights stated above does not equal the sum of the detailed amounts of the
held/attributed voting rights. 37,584,200 (38.00%) of the voting rights
that are attributed to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. pursuant to Section 22
para. (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG are also attributed to Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 para. (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG and only counted once in the total amount of voting rights.

1. Goldman, Sachs & Co., New York, New York, USA, has informed us according
   to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 9, 2014 its share in the
   voting rights of KION GROUP AG has fallen below the threshold of 75% and on
   that day amounted to 68.00% (67,254,200 voting rights). Of this, 38.00%
   (37,584,200 voting rights) were attributed to Goldman, Sachs & Co.
   according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and held by the
   following controlled companies:

* GS Capital Partners V Employee Funds GP, L.L.C.;
* GS Capital Partners V Employee Fund, L.P.;
* Superlift Holding S.à r.l.

38.00% (37,584,200 voting rights) were attributed to Goldman, Sachs & Co.
according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and held by the
following controlled companies:

* GS Advisors V AIV, L.P.;
* GSCP V Institutional AIV, L.P.;
* GS Capital Partners V Offshore, L.P.;
* GS Capital Partners V GmbH & Co. KG.

An additional 30.00% (29,670,000 voting rights) were attributed to Goldman,
Sachs & Co. according to Section 22 para. (2) WpHG and held by Weichai
Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.à r.l.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. informed us that the total amount of voting rights
stated above does not equal the sum of the detailed amounts of the
held/attributed voting rights. 37,584,200 (38.00%) of the voting rights
that are attributed to Goldman, Sachs & Co. pursuant to Section 22 para.
(1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG are also attributed to Goldman, Sachs & Co. pursuant
to Section 22 para. (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and only counted once in the
total amount of voting rights.

1. GS Advisors V, L.L.C., Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has informed us
   according to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 9, 2014 its share in
   the voting rights of KION GROUP AG has fallen below the threshold of 75%
   and on that day amounted to 68.00% (67,254,200 voting rights). Of this,
   38.00% (37,584,200 voting rights) were attributed to GS Advisors V, L.L.C.
   according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and held by the
   following controlled companies:

* GS Capital Partners V Offshore, L.P.;
* Superlift Holding S.à r.l.

An additional 30.00% (29,670,000 voting rights) were attributed to GS
Advisors V, L.L.C. according to Section 22 para. (2) WpHG and held by
Weichai Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.à r.l.

   according to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 9, 2014 its share in
   the voting rights of KION GROUP AG has fallen below the threshold of 75%

An additional 30.00% (29,670,000 voting rights) were attributed to GS
Advisors V AIV, Ltd. according to Section 22 para. (2) WpHG and held by

   informed us according to Section 21 para. (1) WpHG that on January 9, 2014
   its share in the voting rights of KION GROUP AG has fallen below the
   threshold of 75% and on that day amounted to 68.00% (67,254,200 voting
   rights). Of this, 38.00% (37,584,200 voting rights) were attributed to GSCP
   V Institutional AIV, L.P. according to Section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no.
   1 WpHG and held by the following controlled company:

* Superlift Holding S.à r.l.

An additional 30.00% (29,670,000 voting rights) were attributed to GSCP V
Institutional AIV, L.P. according to Section 22 para. (2) WpHG and held by
Weichai Power (Luxembourg) Holding S.à r.l.
