Important events to be reported:

Disclosure of holdings under 10% of the total voting rights held by Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN in Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L, alternative investment fund manager and sole director of Fondul Proprietatea SA ("Fondul Proprietatea / the Fund"), hereby, announces that Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN have sent an aggregate disclosure of holdings under 10% of the total voting rights in the Fund, as reflected in the Annex.

According to the disclosure received by Fondul Proprietatea on 26 June 2024 ("Report date"), as of 20 June 2024 ("Date of lowering the threshold (percentage of vote)"), Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV, Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM and Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN, by virtue of acting in concert, held a number of 345,978,890 voting rights, representing 9.82% from the total number of voting rights of Fondul Proprietatea at May 31, 2024 of 3,524,403,683 (calculated based on trading date as total issued shares - 5,668,806,128 excluding treasury shares that do not carry voting rights - 2,144,402,445).
