3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2024 AGM

3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 20 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 8 May 2024 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 27 June 2024.  These included resolutions 15 to 20, inclusive, which constituted special business. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
