Bremen, December 1, 2014 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4],
a leading provider of medical imaging software, raises its forecast for the
present fiscal year due to the current business development:

• For 2014 revenues are now expected to remain stable at between EUR 12.5
  and 13.0 million (previous forecast: slight decline in revenues to
  between EUR 12.0 and 12.5 million).

• For the EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes), a slight decrease
  over the previous year continues to be expected, now at EUR 3.5 to 4.0
  million (previous forecast: EBIT between EUR 3.0 and 3.5 million).

• For the end of 2014 another increase in liquidity is expected to now
  EUR 16.5 to 17.5 million due to a continued positive cash flow
  (previous forecast: EUR 15.0 to 16.0 million).
