Correction of releases dated April 30, 2014

Tanja van Dinter, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec 21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 10,
15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.53% on this date
(3,476,286 voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,333 voting rights) were
attributable to her pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
KG, Bettina Siegle and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of the
voting rights.

Bettina Siegle, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 10,
15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.68% on this date
(3,493,954 voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,333 voting rights) were
attributable to her pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
KG, Tanja van Dinter and Ralf Leistner, which all hold at least 3% of the
voting rights.

Ralf Leistner, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 10,
15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 29.73% on this date
(3,499,343 voting rights). Of these, 20.16% (2,373,334 voting rights) were
attributable to him pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 WpHG via Herdor GmbH & Co.
KG, Tanja van Dinter and Bettina Siegle, which all hold at least 3% of the
voting rights.

Retraction of releases dated October 31, 2012 due to following
notifications

Furthermore, Tanja van Dinter, Germany, notified us of the retraction of
her voting right notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated
October 30, 2012 as, unlike the information contained in the original
notification, her share of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG,
Birkenfeld, Germany, did not exceed the 10% threshold.

Furthermore, Bettina Siegle, Germany, notified us of the retraction of her
voting right notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated October
30, 2012 as, unlike the information contained in the original notification,
her share of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, did not exceed the 10% threshold.

Furthermore, Ralf Leistner, Germany, notified us of the retraction of his
voting right notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated October
30, 2012 as, unlike the information contained in the original notification,
his share of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, did not exceed the 10% threshold.
