Delaware, United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Klöckner & Co. SE,
Duisburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 26, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.004% (this corresponds to
2996418 Voting Rights).
