United Labels AG announces successful completion of rights issue
- not for distribution, publication or dissemination in the US, Canada,
Japan or Australia -

Münster, 9 December 2014. - United Labels AG (ISIN DE0005489561, WKN:
548956, Ticker: ULC) today successfully completed the capital increase
announced on 19 November 2014. All 2,100,000 new, no-par-value bearer
shares with a subscription price of EUR 1.55 per share were subscribed by
shareholders or placed with institutional investors. The new shares are
entitled to dividends as from 1 January 2014.

The gross proceeds for United Labels AG from the issuance of new shares
stand at around EUR 3.255 million, which will be used by the company
primarily for the purpose of financing its plans for growth in Europe and
the expansion of its B2C business in the form of additional airport shops
as well as the e-commerce platform elfen.de.

Once the follow-on offering has been entered in the Commercial Register -
which is scheduled for 12 December 2014 - the total amount of shares issued
will rise to 6,300,000 units. Delivery of the subscribed and allocated
shares is likely to take place on 16 December, at the earliest, however,
following their stock exchange admission. Inclusion of the new shares in
exchange trading is also scheduled for 16 December 2014. The Sole Lead
Manager of the capital increase was Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG,
Frankfurt am Main.
