The following entities have notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 10 December
2014 by notifications pursuant to § 21 para. 1, § 22 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

1. The Capital Group Companies, Inc.

The share of voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los
Angeles, California, USA in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10% of the voting rights
in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 05 December 2014 and, on this date, amounted
to 9.96% of the voting rights (21,790,060 ordinary shares) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

Media AG are attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22 para. 1 sentence 2 and
sentence 3 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Of these attributed
voting rights more than 3% of the voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG
were held, on the aforementioned date, by Capital World Growth and Income
Fund, Inc.

The share of voting rights of Capital Research and Management Company, Los
Angeles, California, USA, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10% of the voting rights
in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 05 December 2014 and, on this date, amounted
to 9.96% of the voting rights (21,790,060 ordinary shares) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
