Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that on December 11, 2014
its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below the
threshold of 3% and on this day amount to 2.99% (3,717,611 voting rights).

Thereof 1.21% (1,502,485 voting rights) are to be attributed to Credit
Suisse Fund Management S.A. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.
6 WpHG.
