in London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG that their percentage of voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA,
Else-Kröner-Str. 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. H., Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% on December 11, 2014 and amounted to 2.9997% (equivalent to
16,242,207 voting rights) as per this date.
