of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on United Labels AG, Münster,
Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold of
the Voting Rights on December 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 33.33%
(this corresponds to 2100000 Voting Rights).
