On December 15, 2014 Amadeus FiRe AG received the following voting right
announcements:

4. On December 15, 2014, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on October 3, 2014 and on that day amounted
   to 5.01% (this corresponds to 260,256 Voting Rights).
   5.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 260,256 Voting Rights) are
   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
   Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
   The voting rights attributable to FIL Limited were held via the following
   shareholder whose share of voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG amounts to 3%
   or more: FIDELITY FUNDS SICAV.

5. On December 15, 2014, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough,
   United
   Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
   via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
   have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 3, 2014 and
   on that day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 260,256 Voting Rights).

   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,

   via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
   have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 3, 2014 and
   on that day amounted to 5.01% (this corresponds to 260,256 Voting Rights).
