GSW Immobilien AG - Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG

After the takeover by Deutsche Wohnen AG, the Management Board of the
company has been appointed with Michael Zahn (CEO), Andreas Segal and Lars
Wittan identical to the Management Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG.

The Supervisory Board decided a replacement of the Management Board on
December 18, 2014. Michael Zahn and Andreas Segal will leave the Management
Board of the company by the turn of the year and concentrate on their tasks
at Deutsche Wohnen AG. Lars Wittan will be new chairman of the Management
Board. New member of the Management Board will be Dr. Kathrin Wolff, who
was divisional director of the company so far.
