Berlin, 22 December 2014 - ESTAVIS AG just sold its whole commercial real
estate portfolio to two domestic capital companies via share deal. The
selling price is 16.382 million euros and is calculated on basis of the
IFRS book values. These funds should be mainly invested in the further
buildup of the privatisation portfolio.
