Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AGROB Immobilien AG, Ismaning, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 11, 2014
and on that day amounted to 3,01% This corresponds to the 69735 total
2.314.000 for the Society existing voting rights.
