Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on United Labels AG, Münster, Germany, have
fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15% and 10% threshold of the Voting Rights
on December 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.93% (this corresponds to
373614 Voting Rights).
5.93% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 373614 Voting Rights) are
