On December 23, 2014, Allianz Global Investors GmbH , Frankfurt am Main ,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on AGROB Immobilien AG, Ismaning, Germany,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 22,
2014 and on that day amounted to 2.50%. This corresponds to the 57.735
total 2.314.000 for the Society existing voting rights.

2.50% of the voting rights to be sin of the Allianz Global Investors GmbH
according to § 22 Abs.1 S.1 Nr.6 WpHG.

The name of the shareholder unmittalbar holding 2.50% of the voting rights
