Directorship changes

Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that Kathy Quashie has notified the Board of her intention to step down as a non-executive director with effect from 31 July 2024 to focus on the immediate commitments of her new executive role at Inetum Group.

Commenting on the changes, Michael Findlay, Chair of Morgan Sindall Group plc, said:

"I'd like to thank Kathy for her contribution to the Board over the last three years and wish her all the best for the future."
