SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Signs Contract for the Delivery of Vacuum Coating
Machines for CIGS Modules

Kahl am Main, January 08, 2015 - The SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS)
signed an agreement for the supply of vacuum coating machines. These
machines are important components for the manufacturing of CIGS thin-film
modules. The order volume is in the lower double-digit million Euro range.
The order is still subject to the approval of the relevant boards.
