Wiesbaden, 14 January 2015

The Supervisory Board of KION GROUP AG, Wiesbaden (ISIN DE000KGX8881),
today approved the departures of Bert-Jan Knoef and Theodor Maurer from the
Executive Board of KION GROUP AG with effect of today. The two Executive
Board Members are leaving the company at their own request.

In this context, the KION Group CEO, Gordon Riske, is also to take over as
CEO of the brand companies Linde Material Handling GmbH and STILL GmbH from
15 January 2015. Linde Material Handling GmbH and STILL GmbH are the parent
companies of the Linde MH and STILL brands respectively.
