On January 13, 2015, Wellington Management Group LLP, Wilmington, Delaware,
United States has referred to their disclosure of voting rights submitted
on Thursday, 08 January 2015 and published on Friday, 09 January 2015 and
informed us as follows that its name has changed from Wellington Management
Company LLP to Wellington Management Group LLP but that the amount of
voting rights in Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE attributed to it remained
unchanged:

1. We hereby retract the aforementioned dissemination of the disclosure.

2. In that regard, we wish to inform the market that Wellington Management
   Group LLP (Wilmington, Delaware) has already disclosed a position of 3.01%
   on 22 December 2014 under its former name Wellington Management Company LLP
   (Wilmington, Delaware) in Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE.

As of 1 January 2015, Wellington Management Company LLP has changed its
name to Wellington Management Group LLP and held a position of 9,061,615
voting rights (equaling to 3.34%) on that date that is attributed pursuant
to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Furthermore, of the total 9,061,615 voting rights, a portion of 1,287,217
voting rights (equaling to 0.47%) is attributed to Wellington Management
Group LLP pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG as well as pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.
