Payment date for dividend - Correction

The Company provides a correction of the payment date for the final dividend on ordinary shares stated in its Final Results for the year ended ended 31 March 2024 released at 7.00am on 18 June 2024 under RNS number 7711S (the "Final Results").

The final dividend of 47p will be paid on 23 August 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 August 2024 subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's AGM which will be held on 13 August 2024.
