Offer for Subscription - Update

The Company published a prospectus on 3 October 2023, ("the Prospectus") containing an offer for subscription of up to £20 million with an over-allotment facility for a further 20 million through the subscription of up to a maximum of 100 million New Shares of 5p each ("the Offer").

Offer opening and closing dates

The Offer opened at 9.00 a.m. on 12 October 2023 with a closing date of 28 June 2024 with an option for the board of the Company to close the Offer earlier or to extend the Offer (to no later than 2 October 2024).

The board of the Company is pleased to announce the closing date for the Offer has been extended to 31 July 2024.
