On January 19, 2015, Mr Cornelius Osterlee, Switzerland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Germany, have fallen below
the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.04% (this corresponds to
5450 Voting Rights).
