Swiss Healthcare Properties SA (« SHP ») announces the purchase of an
additional real estate property. SHP acquired the building property of
Amida SA in Clarens, close to Montreux in the canton Vaud, in sale &
leaseback transaction. The property built in 1963 with a rental surface of
3'470 m2 will be renovated and enlarged until 2016. The new rental surface
will be 7'566 m2. The private Clinic CIC Riviera will remain the tenant of
the property and independent operator.

SHP, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Fribourg, is Swiss a real estate
company focusing on investments in healthcare related properties. This
latest acquisition will further diversify the portfolio and the tenant
base. In total, SHP owns 28 healthcare related properties, located all over
Switzerland and representing a total rental surface of approx. 120'000 m2.
The market value of the SHP portfolio is estimated at CHF 640.6 million,
generating an annual rental income of approx. CHF 35 million. SHP is a 100%
subsidiary of AEVIS Holding SA.
