The DeGeLog Deusche Gewerbe-Logistik Holding GmbH has informed us according
to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on DEMIRE
Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland have
fallen below the 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 22, 2015
and on that day amounted to 20,56% (this corresponds to 4,100,000 Voting
Rights).
