On January 28, 2015, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. Wilmington, DE, U.S.A.
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on January
26, 2015 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main,
Germany, fell below the 5% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG
and on that day amounted to 4.995% (this corresponds to 9640871 voting
rights).

2.48% (this corresponds to 4788298 Voting Rights) were attributed to
BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG. 0.01% (this corresponds to 10667 voting rights) were
attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG. 2.92% (this
corresponds to 5628847 voting rights) were attributed to BlackRock Holdco
2, Inc., pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in
conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed holdings.
This results from voting rights having multiple attributions within the
