Andreas Prenneis joins adesso's Executive Board

The IT service provider adesso extends its Executive Board to include
Andreas Prenneis (49). The addition to the company's top executive body
reflects adesso's rapid growth.

The Executive Board of adesso AG has appointed Andreas Prenneis as managing
director for a period of three years, effective 1 April 2015. The
49-year-old, who holds a degree in statistics, will be responsible for
adesso's automotive, public administration, IT management consulting and
energy sector business. Prenneis joins Michael Kenfenheuer, Dr. Rüdiger
Striemer and Christoph Junge on the Executive Board.

The extension of adesso's Executive Board reflects the strong growth of the
adesso Group. The consistent expansion of its offering of IT services and
solutions including new core industries has been matched by increases in
employee numbers: today, adesso employs more than 1,300 people at twelve
locations. The new addition to the company's Executive Board will allow its
managing directors to continue their considerable involvement in
operational project business and their close, direct contact with
customers.

Andreas Prenneis joins adesso from CompuGroup Medical Germany, where he
managed a number of business areas in his role as Area Vice President
Telematik & AddOn. Among other things, he was responsible for the eGK ORS1
project, which involved testing the online rollout of its electronic health
card. Before he moved to CompuGroup Medical Germany, Prenneis held numerous
management positions in the field of health IT over a period of 20 years,
including the role of managing director at BITMARCK and LAUER-FISCHER.
