Leifheit AG once again increases forecast for financial year 2014

Nassau, 29 January 2015 - Leifheit AG once again adjusts its earnings
forecast for the financial year 2014. According to preliminary estimates
the company is expecting an increase in EBIT to around EUR 21 m to EUR 22 m
due to the results in the fourth quarter 2014. The forecast released at 24
October 2014 assumed earnings between EUR 18 m to EUR 19 m.

The significant increase in EBIT compared to the previous year (EUR 14.9 m)
was also affected by the US Dollar development. The positive effects in
earnings 2014 from foreign currency results is expected to amount to about
EUR 5 m.

Leifheit will publish its preliminary figures 2014 on February 12, 2015.
The detailed consolidated financial report for the business year 2014 will
be published on March 26, 2015.
