The Board of JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Will as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on 24th July 2024.

His other Non-Executive Director roles include being the Chair of Asia Dragon Trust plc and the Senior Independent Director at Herald Investment Trust plc.
