[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On January 30, 2015, Ruffer Group, London, UK has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on LEG
Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the voting rights on January 30, 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.99%
(this corresponds to 1,707,381 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.99% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,707,381 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company.
