Publication of notifications pursuant to § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

The following entities have notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 3 February
2015 by notifications pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

1. Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway)

The share of voting rights of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774
Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 2 February 2015 and,
on this date, amounted to 3.03% of the total number of voting rights
(6,633,832 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

1. Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway

The share of voting rights of the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7,
85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 2 February
2015 and, on this date, amounted to 3.03% of the total number of voting
rights (6,633,832 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting
rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. This share of voting rights that were
held through the Norges Bank - whose share of voting rights amounted to 3%
or more of the total number of voting rights in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG -
was attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG).
