Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, informed us
pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on February 10, 2015 its voting
rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3%
and on this day amount to 2.9788% (3,698,011 voting rights). Thereof
1.22918% (1,525,943 voting rights) are to be attributed to Credit Suisse
Fund Management S.A. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
WpHG.
