informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Germany, have exceeded the
10% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 13, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 10.04% (this corresponds to 521721 Voting Rights).
