In first half of BY 2014/15 (1.7.2014 - 31.12.2014), FORTEC's turnover
increased to 21.3 million EUR compared to 20.9 million EUR last year.

The result before tax and interest (EBIT) of 0.7 million EUR in first half
year 2014/15 was 0.2 million EUR above the figures of same period last year
of 0.5 million EUR.

As concerns the 50% participation of Data Display purchased 01. October
2014, FORTEC's Income statement lists a participation amount of 0.1 million
EUR.

During quarter October till December 2014, Data Display achieved a turnover
of 5.7 million EUR and an annual net income of 0.2 million EUR.

Therefore, FORTEC's profit after tax in BY 2014/15 increased to a sum of
609.836 EUR above average compared to 358.493 EUR same period last year;
i.e. exactly 70% more than last year!

FORTEC's capital amounts to 22.8 million EUR and even after payment of the
50% participation of Data Display per 31.12.2014 has no bank obligations.

At annual shareholders' meeting on 23rd February 2015, Board of Directors
again suggests for BY 2013/14 an unchanged dividend payment of 50 Cent per
share.
