On February 20, 2015, Mr Klaus Wecken, Switzerland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ADLER Real Estate AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on February 17, 2015 and on that day
amounted to 10.19% (this corresponds to 3250000 Voting Rights).
10.19% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3250000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Wecken in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
