Completion of Acquisition

Unigel Group plc (AQSE: UNX), the manufacturer and supplier of materials used in the manufacture of telecommunication fibre optic cables announces that, further to the announcements of 23 January 2024 and 28 May 2024 in relation to the acquisition of Unigel (UK) Limited ("Unigel") (the "Acquisition"), all conditions of the Acquisition have been successfully fulfilled and the Acquisition has now been completed. Subsequent to the completion of the Acquisition, Unigel has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this announcement.
