Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.02 ("Shares") of which it was notified on 7 June 2024.

Roisin Currie acquired 75 Shares pursuant options granted under the Greggs 2021 Save a You Earn Scheme.
